The room itself was amazing and tidy with the balcony, nice bathroom and bath as advertised. The pool area was very clean and the location was stunning, near to a quiet bay, the west coast and a protected national park.

location - it was perfect, a bus stop was in front of the hotel. set in 10 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were helpful.

I appreciated spending 7 nights at this hotel. the double room with a bath was excellent. the service was good, and the pool was nice. the location was marvelous, and in the evening, the entertainment continued until midnight.

We had a nice stay in our huge room with a balcony. the staff was pleasant, helpful, and responded promptly to requests. Perfect and lovely location, right by a protected national park and the most wonderful bay. the fantastic and friendly staff at the piano bar added to our great experience.
